MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Job description

Plan, strategize, organise and activate marketing activities for demand generation. KPI is based on the number of leads generated each month.
Go through the training program by Siemens Marketing to familiar with the marketing resources available.
Liaise and closely with Siemens Marketing Executive for various joint marketing events.
Carry out data analysis from various marketing events and report leads and opportunities.
Ensure smooth flow of operations for promotions, marketing activities and events.

Attributes

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business Studies, Sales & Marketing or Mass Communication
Minimum 3 years experiences in marketing communications
Knowledge of MS Applications
Good spoken and written English and Mandarin
Systematic, organized and meticulous
Good eye for details and accuracy
Team player and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills
Able to work interdependently

SALES ENGINEER (FEA/CFD)

Job description

Go through Siemens Sales Training on Simulation products.
To be primary technical resource for the assigned accounts.
Actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the pre-sales team.
Able to handle questions and objections from customer, both technical and business aspect and articulate our product features, solutions, applications and values.
Able to identify all technical issues of your assigned customers to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.
Able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle with our customer’s technical staff.
Should be comfortable working for a dynamic technical organization with a fast-growing customer base.

Attributes

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering Studies.
Minimum 3 years experience in selling FEA and / or CFD product.
Knowledge of MS Applications
Good spoken and written English and Mandarin
Systematic, organized and meticulous

Job description

Go through Siemens Sales/Pre-sales Training on CFD Simulation products.
To be primary technical resource for the assigned accounts.
Actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the pre-sales team.
Able to handle questions and objections from customer, both technical and business aspect and articulate our product features, solutions, applications and values.
Able to identify all technical issues of your assigned customers to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.
Able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle with our customer’s technical staff.
Able to demonstrate CFD Simulation products and services to customers on site, remotely via webinar sessions, and at field events such as conferences and trade shows

Administrative Assistant

Job description

 

Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
Perform data entry and scan documents
Manage calendar for Managing Director
Assist in resolving any administrative problems
Run company’s errands to post office and office supply store
Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for staff
Maintain office supplies for department

Attributes

Diploma degree.
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
